Return Policy
At American Snakehead Customs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Fishing Tackle
Due to the nature of fishing tackle, all lure and terminal tackle sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Apparel
Most apparel items are print-on-demand and produced specifically for each order.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect item received
- Manufacturer printing errors
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Buyer preference
- Normal wear and tear
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, when applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
